Happy Thursday!
I just made possibly the best dessert I’ve had this year, aside from the chocolate coffee cheesecake I had about a month ago (I can still remember how amazing it was)at Kona Grill. I also sort of love the name too: Slutty brownies – because a lot goes into them. It made me laugh.
Anyway... they are a delicious, sugary combination of Oreos, cookies, and brownies. You could also be call them diabetes if you eat too many.
You start off by getting you all of your ingredients and supplies out:
-Water
-Eggs

Anyway... they are a delicious, sugary combination of Oreos, cookies, and brownies. You could also be call them diabetes if you eat too many.
You start off by getting you all of your ingredients and supplies out:
- Oreos
- Nestle cookies
- Brownie mix (I got the 13x9 kind so I could use the extra for regular brownies)
-Water
-Eggs
- Spatula
- Large bowl
- Round or square metal baking pan
- Baking spray
I made the brownie batter first, following the instructions on the back of the box, and set it aside to work on the rest of the recipe. If you want it extra chocolate-y, you can add about ½ cup semisweet of chocolate chips to the brownie batter.
Set the oven to 350*
I almost completely forget, Spray The Pan!! I forgot to do this with my own recipe and it was nearly impossible to scrape off the mix from the pan after it was baked, although the slutty brownies still came out really well.
After I had eaten too much of the brownie mix, I moved on to the cookie dough. Pat/spread it evenly on the bottom of pan. The Nestle cookie dough pre-cut squares were a perfect size for the pan and were super easy to maneuver over the bottom of the dish.

Then place one layer of Oreos over the cookie dough, there’s no need to stack them or it will offset the heat of the oven throughout the pan. I did notice larger spaces between some of the Oreos so I broke other ones up and filled some of them.
Then simply pour about half of the brownie batter over the Oreos.
I made the mistake pouring about ¾ of it in and the brownie didn’t cook in the oven because there was too much. I then had to ladle out the extra batter after I noticed it wasn’t solidifying.

When you’ve layered the cookie, Oreos, and brownie, put it in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Mine took around 40 minutes because of the brownie mishap. I was surprised the recipe still came out well even though I messed up the brownies.
Once done, let them cool for 30 minutes and eat them! They are also amazing with ice cream and whipped cream.
These are probably extremely unhealthy, but they are totally worth it and I will definitely be making them again.

P.S. here's a cute infographic I made!
